All orders will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail depending on the weight of your oder. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 2-7 business days for package delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. At this time we do not offer rush shipping options (next day, two day, etc.).
We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.
We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and free of any damages (makeup, smoke, pet hair, etc.). Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. Final sale items include jewelry, face masks, hats, belts, sunglasses, scarves, adhesive bras, beauty products, paper goods, candles, and items purchased at a discount of 30% or more.
To start a return, please head to our RETURN PORTAL. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. You may also return your online order to our Houston Heights location.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you received a damaged or defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and description (including picture) of the damaged item. The damaged item must be unworn with tags still attached.
EXCHANGES: Eligible items may be exchanged in person at one of our store locations. We currently are unable to offer exchanges on items that are shipped back to us. We recommend placing a new order for the correct item(s). 😊
REFUNDS: Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund back to you original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to process.
