We only offer store credit (anjouil's gift card) on returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and free of any damages (makeup, smoke, pet hair, etc.). Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. Final sale items include jewelry, face masks, hats, belts, sunglasses, scarves, adhesive bras, beauty products, paper goods, candles, and items purchased at a discount of 30% or more.
To start a return, please head to our RETURN PORTAL. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit. Initial shipping costs (if applicable) will be deducted from your store credit as well. You may also return your online order to one of our store locations.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If you received a damaged or defective item, please email email@example.com with your order number and description (including picture) of the damaged item. The damaged item must be unworn with tags still attached.
EXCHANGES: Eligible items may be exchanged in person at one of our store locations. We currently are unable to offer exchanges on items that are shipped back to us. We recommend placing a new order for the correct item(s). 😊
STORE CREDIT (ANJOUIL'S GIFT CARD): Once your return is processed, you will automatically be emailed your anjouil's gift card (minus shipping costs). Gift cards may be used online and in-store.
